Cant access my website/import database fail

I got this error when I´m trying to access my website. It´s still under construction, but it worked two days ago.
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /
on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request"

I also have a problem when I´m trying to import a database from my old webhost. It saids that the database not mine. How should I fix this?

(my Hosting-acc is send to RosenCruz).

These seems like a permission issue or a .htaccess issue.. Have you modified your web site / file permissons / rewrite rules of apache ? Since the account was working before, I can say this is an issue related to uploaded content and/or it's permission settings..

What I suggest you at the moment is to reupload your homepage and advance step by step to see what causes this error....

Apache is functioning normally at the moment since all other accounts are working fine on the server..

Please check file permissions and .htaccess if you have one... Delete all public_html and reupload your homepage if all else fails and please update us about the problem...

No, I haven´t. The only thing I´ve done, is CHMOD some of my php-files to 666, and 777.

I´ve reuploaded it, but it still doesn´t work.
I also tried to upload a very simple html-index file, but it didn´t work either.

I cannot delete this. My ftp-client says "access denied". I tried in another client, but without any luck.

That is weird... I think we shall provide you with a fresh account on the same domain.. I hope this is the last thing we can do at the moment... System health and apache seems to be fine at the moment...

Do you have a back up of the site ? If yes, I will terminate and re-create your account... Sorry for this issue. We are trying to figure out what caused this...
