I have some questions regarding your hosting for posting offer:
- what period of time is the hosting package for 15 posts?
- can one have more than one hosting account per user?
- can one obtain hosting accounts only for himself or it it allowed to register one for other people (friends, family etc.)?

No, every user is only allowed to have one account.
Same as above, but they can still register on the forums and request one themselves.

If I register a domain with godaddy.com, I have to do it before or after you give me hosting? When registering the domain do I fill the DNS blanks with these:
ns1.rewindd.net
ns2.rewindd.net
and after that the domain directs to your servers?
Do I have to do anything else or is it ready to go?

Exactly, but you will have to wait up to 48 hours for the DNS to propagate. And it's better if you get the domain now so when you get your hosting account, you will be able to start using the service immediately.
